LGPD

Privacy

Here's what the site collects and why, in plain language, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). It's simple: I only ask for what I need to sell you a print and keep you posted on your order.

What I collect when you buy

To process an order I need your email (that's how you log in and track the purchase), name, shipping address and phone. This data is used to produce, ship and support your order — and, in the case of your email and phone number, also in the way described under "Measurement & ads".

Payment

Payment is handled by an external payment provider. Card details go straight to them — I never see or store card numbers. I only get back the confirmation that the payment went through.

Passwordless login

No passwords. When you sign in, I send a one-time code to your email — just to confirm the email is yours.

Cookies

I use first-party cookies to keep your cart, your login session, remember you've seen this notice and, for 30 days, store where you came from (campaign parameters such as utm_*, gclid and fbclid, the landing page and the referring site), so I can tell which ad or link led to a purchase. The measurement tools below also set cookies of their own.

Measurement & ads

To understand what works on the site and in campaigns, I use three third-party tools: one for site-usage analytics, one for screen recording, and one for ads.

The usage-analytics tool logs the pages you view, the photos you open, the print options you pick and a few store actions (adding to the cart, changing a filter, sharing a photo) — without recording your screen. Those logs include no name, email, phone number or address. The screen-recording tool records your session (replay) and builds a heatmap of where you click and scroll; it is hosted by an international provider, and whatever you type into form fields is masked in the recording.

Both run on every page of the site, including checkout, your account, "My Orders" and the order confirmation page. This changed in August 2026 — until then neither loaded on those four pages. The reason for the change is being able to see where the site gets stuck and where purchases fall through: without it, the most important stretch of the shop was a blind spot.

If you sign in, those browsing records are then linked to your account by an internal identifier — an account code, never your email. When you sign out, that link is undone. The browsing data is collected by a third-party service and stored in a database of mine; the screen recording stays with the provider that hosts it.

The advertising tool logs browsing and some technical data (such as IP address and browser identifiers); on a purchase, it also receives your email and phone number in scrambled form, to measure results. The notice shown on your first visit is informational: it tells you the site uses cookies, analytics and advertising tools, but it doesn't switch anything on or off, and the email and phone number are sent from my server, without going through the browser. If you'd rather your data wasn't used this way, email me at contact@finamore.art .

Error monitoring

I use a monitoring service to log technical failures on the site. When an error happens, that log may include your IP address, browser details and whatever you had filled into the form at that moment — only so I can reproduce and fix the problem.

WhatsApp contact

When you reach out via WhatsApp, you're taken to the app with a pre-filled message. The conversation happens directly between you and me, on WhatsApp.

If you buy, I use the phone number you enter at checkout to keep you posted on the order over WhatsApp — payment confirmed, shipping and delivery — and, if you leave a purchase half-finished, to remind you about the cart. Beyond the messaging provider, that number also goes in scrambled form to the advertising tool described above — I don't use the number for any purpose beyond those described on this page. To stop receiving these, reply STOP to any message, or email me at contact@finamore.art . Order emails continue.
